From April 9th, 2021, the returns are no longer free - there will be a small fee depending on your country. The returns shipping fee will be deducted upon refunding your order once the package has reached us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) to nu-in.



Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, face masks, underwear briefs/thongs, underwear bodysuits, socks, tights, swimwear bottoms and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. This way you will also be minimizing the ecological impact of the returns process.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the conditions of the items before proceeding to the refund, and if the items are damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct non returnable damage, service or repair costs or we even won't be able to give you a refund at all. Those items will be recycled and we won't be able to ship them back to you.



If you would like to make a return, please head to the Returns Centre page. It’s a self-service return process and makes this process super easy to use. You simply have to:


  1. In the Returns Center page, insert your order number and the email associated with your account, click on “Find Your Order” and follow the steps.

  2. You will receive an email with shipping instructions.

  3. Attach your return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest carrier station, according to the shipping instructions.*

  4. Await your Refund notification email, which we will send when we have processed your return. It can take up to 30 days to receive and complete your return. Please be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.

    * The use of our return label already included in your package is essencial to associate your items to your order. To return, you need to go to the carrier mentioned on your return label. If you choose to return the items by postal service or any other carrier, you are responsible for the additional cost of the return and we will not refund these costs. If you live inside the European Union, you only need the return label that is included on your package. If you live outside the EU, you would need to attach the invoice to your package and select the items you are returning. Make sure that you don’t forget to take note of the tracking number on your return label, so you can easily track your return.


    Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed. The refund will be made via the same payment method that we used for your initial purchase. You will receive the refund confirmation via email once the refund has been completed. If you do not see a credit to your account within 30 days, please show this confirmation as proof to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

    We will refund you the initial paid amount for each product you returned and which has been accepted by us. If you return your complete order we are also obliged to refund the standard shipping costs if we charged for shipping to you.

    If you return an item/items purchased via e-gift card, that amount will be refunded to the same e-gift card, unless you used extra of your own funds to pay, in which case we first refund to you before we refund the e-gift card.
