Return Policy

1. ORDER TO RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of your order to return the item(s) to nu-in. To make sure that your return is processed you should follow the return conditions and instructions. Our returns are always free if you follow our return instructions.

 

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs/thongs, bodysuits (except for long bodysuits), socks, tights, swimwear bottoms and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. This way you will also be minimizing the ecological impact of the returns process.

If you have received a damaged item, you should get in touch with us to customer.care@nu-in.com and wait for our feedback before you return it.
 
When we receive your package, we will inspect the conditions of the items before proceeding to the refund, and if the items are damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we are not able to send them back to you and the items will be recycled.

 

3. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you would like to make a return, please head to the Returns Centre page. It’s a self-service return process and makes this process super easy to use.

To submit a return, you simply have to:

 

  1. In the Returns Center page, insert your order number and the email associated with your account and click on “Find Your Order”. Secondly, select the item(s) you would like to return. Then, select a reason for the return and you can also include additional notes and pictures. Finally, select how you will send the item(s).

  2. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email stating that your return has been approved and that includes shipping instructions. If your return request is rejected, you will receive an email informing that your return request was rejected and you can’t return to us.

  3. Take the return label that was included in the package, attach it to the original package and drop it off at your nearest carrier station. Please note that the return label is linked to one order number and is essential to recognize the items you are returning, so you shouldn’t return items from different orders in the same package.
    Our returns are free if you go to the carrier mentioned on your return label. If you choose to return the items by Post Office you are responsible for the cost of the return and we will not refund these costs. If you live inside the European Union, you only need the return label that is included on your package. If you live outside the EU, you would need to attach the invoice to your package and select the items you are returning. Make sure that you don’t forget to take note of the tracking number on your return label, so you can easily track your return.

  4. It can take up to 30 days to receive and complete your return. Please note that due to the current world pandemic, this process could take a little longer. Await your refund notification email. Please be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.



    4. REFUND CONDITIONS

    Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed once you receive the refund notification. The refund will be made via the same payment method that we used for your initial purchase. You will receive the refund confirmation via email once the refund has been completed. If you do not see a credit to your account within 30 days, please show this confirmation as proof to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
