Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of your order to return the item(s) to nu-in.



Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bras, bodies, swimwear bottoms and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. This way you will also be minimizing the ecological impact of the returns process.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the conditions of the items before proceeding to the refund, and if the items are damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).



If you would like to make a return, please head to the Returns Centre page. It’s a self-service return process and makes this process super easy to use.
If you are outside the EU, you would need to mark which items you are returning (in the paper you will receive) and when sending the return you would need to provide the paper to the carrier.

To submit a return, you simply have to:


  1. In the Returns Center page, insert your order number and the email associated with your account and click on “Find Your Order”. Secondly, select the item(s) you would like to return. Then, select a reason for the return and you can also include additional notes and pictures. Finally, select how you will send the item(s).

  2. You will receive an email with shipping instructions.

  3. Take the return label that was included in the package, attach in to the original package and drop it off at your nearest carrier station, according to the shipping instructions.

  4. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return. It can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return. Please be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.


    Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed. The refund will be made via the same payment method that we used for your initial purchase. You will receive the refund confirmation via email once the refund has been completed. If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please show this confirmation as proof to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
