Once a garment is sold, it is received and thoroughly inspected at our warehouse to ensure its description is accurate.

To sell your pre-loved garments, first, submit a listing request in our Portal by indicating the order number of your original purchase and your email address. Your listing will be reviewed and you’ll be notified once approved (or rejected).

After your garment is sold, you’ll receive a voucher with the value of your sale! Your voucher is redeemable at www.nu-in.com in purchases equal to or superior to the store credit value within 6 months from the issue date.
