Two weeks ago (November 27th) we received a threatening letter from NA-KD’s lawyers. We weren’t so sure how to respond… A big corporation trying to take down a six month old start up. Should we be scared, hide, confront it? We decided to be bold and fearless. Here’s what we have to say.
