RETURN POLICY

At Nu-in, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange* your item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date.

1. RESOLUTION OPTIONS

  • Return:
      • Refund to same payment method, a return fee will be deducted.
      • Refund to store credit FREE
  • Exchange (if available) FREE

 

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Please ensure that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear bodysuits and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, items produced on demand (Blank Canvas Project) and second-hand items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend that you return your items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. This way you will also be minimizing the ecological impact of the returns process.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the conditions of the items before proceeding to the refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

3. RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you would like to start a return or exchange, please head to Submit Returns✧Exchanges. It’s a super intuitive self-service return centre! You simply have to insert your order number and the email associated with your account, click on 'Find Your Order' and follow the steps.

If you have ordered the incorrect size and are eligible for an exchange, you have the opportunity to exchange your item for the correct size. Each order is limited to one exchange.

Note: If available, you may combine different resolutions within your order, as you will select the resolution by item. For example, you may wish to receive a refund for a top and have a dress exchanged. Regardless of the resolution(s) you select, you will return all your select item(s) together.

After submitting your request and being approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label by email (UK customers receive it inside the package already).

 

 

 

ABOUT THE RESOLUTION OPTIONS:

  • REFUND TO SAME PAYMENT METHOD
We will refund you the initial paid amount for the item(s) you returned to the same payment method that we used for your initial purchase and deduct a return fee according to your country. To find your refund fee, select your country here.
 
The refund will be issued within 3 working days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouse. You will receive the refund notification via email once the refund was issued by us.
 
The refund can take up to 14 days to be processed. If you don't see a credit to your account within 30 days, please show this confirmation as proof to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
 

If you return an item/items purchased via e-gift card, that amount will be refunded to the same e-gift card, unless you used extra of your own funds to pay, in which case we first refund to you before we refund the e-gift card.

 

  • REFUND TO STORE CREDIT

We will refund you the initial paid amount for each product you returned in a form of a voucher sent by email within 3 working days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouse. The voucher will be reedemable at nu-in.com for 6 months. This option is FREE.

 

  • EXCHANGE

We will create a new order with your exchanged item(s) within 3 working days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified when your new order is created and you will be notified again once it has been shipped, so you can follow your exchanged item(s) right to your door. This option is FREE.
